These terms govern your use of Lil Skipper — the websites, applications, and messaging services operated by Lil Skipper ("we," "us"). By making a booking, creating an account, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms.

What Lil Skipper is

Lil Skipper is a software platform that pet grooming businesses use to take bookings, manage clients and pets, and communicate with their customers. The grooming services themselves are provided by the individual grooming business you book with — not by Lil Skipper. Prices shown during booking are estimates set by that business and may be adjusted based on your pet's coat, condition, and behavior.

Booking and cancellations

• A booking request is not confirmed until the grooming business accepts it; you will be notified when it is.
• Cancellation windows, deposits, and no-show policies are set by the grooming business you book with.
• You agree to provide accurate contact, address, and pet information, including honest disclosure of your pet's health, behavior, and vaccination status.

Text messages and email

By providing your phone number or email you consent to receive booking-related messages (confirmations, reminders, status updates, report cards, and verification codes), and marketing messages only if you separately opt in. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.

Accounts

• Business users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and for the actions of staff accounts they create.
• You may not use the service to send spam, violate law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to access data belonging to another business or customer.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the messaging system.

Content

Photos and information you upload remain yours. You grant the grooming business and Lil Skipper permission to store and display them within the service (for example, pet photos on grooming report cards you can share).

Payments

Payments for grooming services are made directly to the grooming business — in person, or through third-party payment apps the business chooses to accept (such as Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or Zelle). Lil Skipper does not process, hold, or transmit funds, and is not a party to payment disputes between you and the business or a payment app provider.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service quality of any grooming business, including the care of your pet. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lil Skipper's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to Lil Skipper in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred dollars ($100).

Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the service at any time; businesses may close their account by contacting us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
